Responsibilities

• Provide consistent sales training using our Sales Process
• Schedule and supervise Wireless Sales Associates
• Meet or exceed performance requirements defined by company and industry standards
• Reconcile daily sales reports
• Perform daily interactions such as coaching/mentoring for the team
• Create a positive work environment for your team and lead by example
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
• Perform other duties as assigned by area management
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others

Qualifications

• Automotive Finance or Sales experience is preferred.
• CRM experience is preferred

The ideal candidate has customer service and/or a general sales background of some sort, (electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.), and is a hard-working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service and looking to make a career change, or a recent college graduate looking to pursue a career in sales.

• Previous customer service experience is a must
• Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
• Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date
• Excellent follow-through and follow up skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Understand how to use necessary equipment for cleaning and detailing vehicles.
• Understand how to apply preservation and revitalizing agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals.
• Understand how to compound, wax and buff a vehicle.
• Ability to clean engine and engine compartment.
• Keep work area neat and clean.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management; must follow all company safety policies, operations, and practices.
